Tardiness •Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out a Consent Form. Cancellation Fees •I understand things happen and I would be more than willing to accommodate unforeseen circumstances. However, as a business owner I have to keep my lights on. •If for any reason you have to cancel PLEASE cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment, or there will be 100% cancellation fee. No Call/ No Show •The 1st time you will be charged 100% of your services and a warning on your account. (Non-refundable) •The 2nd time you will be required to pay in full before booking any appointments. (Non-refundable) Appointment Confirmation • Please confirm your appointment no later than 2 hours prior than your appointment time. If you do not confirm your appointment by the allotted time frame, your appointment will be canceled. Emergency Fee •An emergency fee is any service performed outside of my business hours. (10:30am-7pm) The emergency fee will be a flat rate fee of $15 if the service is UNDER $60. If the service is OVER $60 there will be a 25% up charge fee. Thank you for choosing Bare It All 💜
